When we bought this property it came with a rotted-out mobile home and a tired little wooden barn.The septic was questionable, the structure was unsafe, and it was all taking up space where the new build needed to go. So we did it the hard way: a bobcat, a lot of sweat, and something like 8 dumpsters later, the mobile home was gone and the site was finally usable dirt instead of a liability.
