Productive Brain Config
I am in the process of structuring my Productive Brain, Areas and Goals databases, in a way that will scale properly. It is worth the time to give it some thought that and consideration.

Thank you @Keith Bloemendaal. I have completed the NFP video series and installed the PFP templates and PAC's. Going back to review different sections has been helpful. As I populated my Areas, Sub Areas, and Tasks I had categories in my Sub Areas that really belonged in Areas. Structuring for my personal life was straight forward but I got a little tangled up as I configured my new consulting agency. Stepping back to review the video was a good suggestion. The productive content module will be very helpful as I begin to promote my agency. It was provided as a stand-alone module rather than a PAC like Books, Financials, and CRM. Do you recommend keeping it stand alone or is there an issue adding it to Productive Brain?

Thanks @Keith Bloemendaal, I might try to manually integrate it. The nice thing is that I have set up a Dev, test and production version of my productive brain so I can try different things and still use the system. I can always use it as stand alone, but I might give it a try if I have time.
Practical Example
Building the Productive Brain - I am working through all of the introduction videos and exercises, so I have a ground floor understanding of the back-end structures, databases, views and routines. I am trying to stick to the crawl-walk-run approach to learning Notion, so it sticks with me for the long run. Ultimately, I want to lean into AI, prompt engineering and automation but need to organize my knowledgebase first.

That is a good question. Still figuring out what is possible. But Database Templates and Buttons would allow for consistent and quick creation of new entries with pre-defined properties and actions. Relationships and roll ups for dynamic views. 3rd party integration such as Google Drive is where I will start, that seems easy enough.

Syntax is my biggest frustration.
Explain in your own words how the "days" database works...
Typically Notion has a hard time of keeping track of 'days', yes there are recurring pages in databases but these occur on the day of. What if you want to project out into the future and have a dynamic daily view of habits and metrics? That's where days comes in... explain how the days database works in your own words.

Days, Dates and Time can be difficult to track but I like this solution and the granularity your solution provides.

Relations help you avoid duplicate information and allow you to see how different pieces of your work connect. Roll up functionality seems very powerful for a low code/no code platform.
