Anyone actually seeing consistent results?
I’ll start — seen some short-term improvements with Glow 70mg, but not sure how much is actually holding over time vs just initial response. Still trying to figure out what’s actually consistent vs what just looks good early.

Been researching for about a year. Down 50lbs. Currently focused on rebuilding some muscle loss and optimizing hormones. Blood panels and learning to read them are my current focus.

What are you looking to research. What is the goal? My suggestion is if you are just starting to ressearch pick your lane. Is it Weight loss? Recovery/Injury repair. You get the idea. And then just focus on 2 or 3 compounds that are synergistic and or support the goal.
