What is Pinnacle? ⛰️ It’s the system and framework I developed to elevate all areas of my life. People asked me about my before and after pics since I help people with body transformations. Nothing to hide over here. The first pic is summer 2025 when I was intentionally putting on weight and not in “shape.” The other photo is today. Simple stuff. Doing the things I teach and coach. I’m not going on any competition stages, but as the founder of this system, I feel 12-14% body fat is acceptable to be walking the walk. I’m not a traditional bodybuilder. What I have mastered is how to utilize nutrition and fitness to sculpt a body to any specifications or ideals. I’m just an average guy that values health, daily disciplines, and consistency. I’m a busy dad who works 9-5 AND runs a business while being as supportive and present as I can for my girls. I go to the actual gym about 6-8x a month. Nothing crazy. Anyone can be part of Pinnacle.
