New Classroom: The Chronicles of Power Chords & Pentatonics
Ok, everyone back away from the dinner table! The holidays are over and it’s time to get back to work. I’ll be starting some new, free classrooms over the next few weeks beginning with The Chronicles of Power Chords & Pentatonics. The first installment is up now with more to follow over the next few days. It’s focused on new players, but give it a watch. You might learn something new.

First Meet-up!
The Strum Session is the monthly jam I do for my in-person clients. On the playlist: Truckin’ (for Bob), Manic Monday, Patience, Green River, Start Me Up, What’s Up, Werewolves of London and few others. Great time as always!

@Thomas Till that’s great! Wanna try it next week at the Strum Session?

@Brenda Meehan Aha! Figured it out. That first post was me learning the ropes of skool. I should have posted the video card instead of embedding the actual video in the post. For this post, I just used the video card I made for yt. If you go to the 2 min Guitar Lesson classroom, it’ll be there. Also, you don’t have to do them sequentially just to get to this one which happens to be the last posted. Let me know how it works for you. Enjoy!
New classroom!
Just added my ‘2 min Guitar Lesson’ series to a classroom. Have a look, learn a song, suggest the next one. Cheers! (BTW shouldn’t it be klassroom, if we’re keeping the theme going?)

Going to make that a separate free classroom, and include some songs that use Travis picking as their go-to.
Gardening
Augh! Rainy days and Mondays and the week between Christmas and New Year’s always get mee-ee down! But it’s mostly boredom because students are out and traveling. Still, I’ve have some time to put a classroom together, so that helps. Some time to play through different things helps too, especially if they got put to the back burner. Dug up any old tunes in your garden today?

It’s the start of the new year, so we’re going to go slowly. Otherwise, you could pull a muscle and have to wait until Feb.
