How do you feel today and why ?
How do you feel right now ? Why ? What triggers you ? Are you sad ? What makes you sad ? Are angry and why ? Can you notice that this very same feeling is the same you always had in your life and very probably tied up about same concern ( past or future - money and bills, health and death, cheating etc. ) Relax. Just concentrate on your breath now. Ride on your breath and count each inhale of fresh new energy which gives you life. We are not breathing just air, but prana which gives us life. While exhale imagine dark cloud of negative emotions leaves your body. Repeat 10 times.

A conscious shift in thinking is the first step to changing your life. When we change our thoughts, we change our emotions. When emotions shift, the actions we take naturally align with the vibrations those emotions create. And in the end, our results reflect those changes. By changing our thinking, we also transform our habits—and even our physical appearance. The paradox? Our thinking is often conditioned by subconscious ideas. If the World Stopped for 2 hours
Today, we explored an intriguing exercise: imagining what we would do if the entire world stopped for just two hours. The answers were varied—some wanted to help others, some thought about money, while others longed for freedom. But the true purpose of this exercise runs deeper. It’s about bringing our paradigm to the surface—the underlying framework that unconsciously drives us. Whether it’s the need for approval, material gain, or escape, these paradigms reveal themselves through this reflection. The more we become aware of them, the less power they hold over us. This “trick” exercise allows us to reclaim our own strength and see ourselves more clearly. Take a moment to review what you wrote today and ask yourself: What does this say about my paradigm ?

Great exercise. It gives an insight of how much we are burdened by transient things, while the essence slips right in front of our noses.

The first thing I thought was that I would be able to relax a little, which I see other moms mentioned as well. But going to some stores or banks seems super too 😄 This reminded me of a black an white movie, I was too young to understand the plot, but I remember that the ending was exactly like this. Everything and everyone freezes, and only one person is left, moving around the streets in panic. It really scared me.
