Aha moment for me is when you spoke about checking the food that's being served before it leaves the kitchen. The chef could do everything perfectly but if they feeI that cutting food is too much they are not the right person for the program. I think it's important to remember that being proactive about prevention is the primary focus for everything that happens at your program. Who you are hiring, the systems you have in place, the way you transition children, your closing procedures. Everything is attached to the goal of keeping children safe.
