When you can't breathe through your nose...
I believe I have a deviated septum (had it repaired once and I feel like it moved back), so sometimes I just can't breathe through my nose. (I do when I can, and I have taped at night for years.) When I'm too stuffed up, is it best to do the same breathwork but breathing through the mouth, or to skip it altogether? I guess I'm asking, do you still get some benefit if you have to breathe through your mouth or is it better not to? Or does it depend?

Certificate
Hi! After completing the Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Certification course and receiving 100% on quizzes, total completion noted as 100% on the top of the page, how long does it take to receive the certificate itself?
