One thing I’ve noticed is that coming up with an online business idea is often the easy part. The harder part is turning that idea into something that actually looks **credible, professional, and ready for customers. You can have: . A great product idea . A social media presence . A clear target audience . Lots of motivation …but if someone discovers your business and there’s nowhere professional for them to learn more, trust you, or make a purchase, you may be losing potential customers. Your online presence is part of your first impression. That's why I think the journey should be: Idea → Brand → Online presence → Customers → Growth** I know an e-commerce specialist who helps businesses with things like online store setup, store design, user experience, and improving the customer journey. She’s currently also looking to expand her portfolio by working with a few businesses.
