As I reflect on our club call last night, a lot of us talked about overthinking and people pleasing. When we hear things from someone we admire or get some news we’re not excited to hear, we rush into thinking about worse case scenario and start thinking of every possible outcome. 99% of which isn’t reality. So this quote is a reminder that perspective is so important!

Hey all, Sometimes life is hard. We get in our own heads, or believe things others tell us. It can be extremely hard to believe that you are worth it, and that you can get through even the toughest times. I have been struggling with getting in my own head for a bit here but, having the support group here has really helped. I've struggled with always dealing with things on my own. I've opened up to a very very select few of you, and you know who you are, and thank you. That all being said, if there are others here too that feel like you struggle internally and don't open up, just know there are people in here that you will bond with and will help you get through the worst days. Although we are all here together as a group, it's really nice having those few select members that are your go-to and connect with further. I have never laughed so hard in a while, and I am thankful for this group to have helped with that. You are heard. You can do this. You are enough. It may not seem like it, but you truly are not alone in this group. Sorry if none of this makes sense, or it sounds all like rambles. Sometimes it just needs to come to the page without any logic or structure.

So we really need to settle in and try to pick a week for this trip to Texas that many of us want. We should keep in mind that Texas in July through September is HOT! So here are whole weeks from June through November (aka a 1 year of Club Bulletproof trip), and we get many of us cannot stay for a whole week. I know I post a lot on here, I feel the more we talk and interact with each other it becomes easier to open up. So who’s got fur babies? In my experience they are some of the best listener! In the picture it’s my two cattle dogs both are very aware of my emotions and have helped me out a ton!
