Tilting
I keep getting tilt because of what my enemys do or what they say, for example i get killed by someone camping or someone beeing where i didnt expect them is tilting me sometimes even unaware of. So my main issue is tilt. I also kind of have a ranked fear, and sometimes i lack alot of confidence when i bottom frag or havent gotten a kill the last rounds. Id really be thankfull for some advice : )

Hey bro, there's always people that tilt more than others, but maybe ur tilting because you are giving too much attention to the kills. Your focus should be as soon as something like that happens, give information to your team, and keep focused, the round lasts until everyone is dead, and its a team game, you die on one side, but your team is taking something o the other side, like a chess game, so don't worry, focus on improving a specific skill instead of winning. Meditation will help you remember more times to not tilt and focus on what's important. I know it sucks to do it but its a game changer.
Hardstuck silver
I’m currently Silver 2 peak. My biggest problem is probably my 1v1 gunfights and movement. I also struggle with deciding if I should stick to only Phantom, only Vandal, or learn both. I mainly play Fade.

The power of hydration and nutrition
Its actualy crazy the beneficts of this, it makes you better whithout too much effort, plus, its good for your health. You gain focus, precision, reaction time, better decision making, better tilt manegement, way more energy. Its a no brainer for me, i recomend that you include drinking water and certain foods in your schedule. And what foods you should aim for? Foods with good magnesium (less shaky hands), omega 3 (better learning), vitamine b (for brain energy) and Iron (for better oxygen flow). You can actualy take this as suplement How much and when? Hydration is like 2 or 3 liters per day, small sips thruout the day, and food is like 1 or 2 hour prior to the game. Never eat too much, avoid sugar becouse of the crash it gives you after a few hours, and dont take too much cafeine, it can also make you shaky. I love how trying to improve at valorant makes you be better in general outside the game. Law of transendance
introduction:)
Hey, I’m Molly. I’m currently Plat 2. I started playing Valorant about a year ago, and before that I was a big csgo player. It was pretty hard at first to learn all the new mechanics in Valorant, but I’ve improved a lot over the past year. I’ve played 1v1s with Immortal and Radiant players. I’m not saying I’m on their level, but I do feel like I’m capable of more than Plat, and that’s what tilts me the most. Sometimes I look at my teammates and feel like I don’t belong in this rank. I’ve played a lot in Ascendant/Immortal lobbies, and honestly, I often perform better there than I do in lower elo.The problem is my mental. The moment I press tab and see myself bottom fragging even in the first few rounds or if I die in an unlucky way, I completely lose confidence. I start thinking “I’m better than this”.In Swiftplay, even if there are higher elo players, I play way better. My aim feels smoother because I just don’t care as much. But the moment I queue ranked, I get scared of doing bad or losing. I know it’s just a game, but I don’t want all the time and effort I’ve put into improving to go to waste. What has helped a bit is doing a kind of “Valorant rehab” where I uninstall for a few days and just play aim labs or chill games. It resets my mental, but only temporarily I usually fall back into the same mindset. I’m open to any advice or suggestions.😇

@Molly Polly have a talk with yourself. Be truly honest, why do you play the game? If you keep going back to it, you will tilt less. If your mental starts to go bad when you dont play good, that means you are not trying to be better at a specific skill. If you say for example that this week you are only traing movement, even if you lose a game or go bad, you know you moved a step foward on your goal witch is to improve movement. Dont chase stats, chase improvement, the good stats will apear as a result of the grind. Dont expect changes in a month or 2, its years of grind, have fun and enjoy the process
