all my passowrds were hacked once and now everytime i change them they get hacked again

could i brute force in to a school system using a rat and get in there via a teachers pc

my school has blocked sites and when accesing it says fortinet is not correctly installed on your comuter or wifi ask help at you IT management first i by passed it by vpn but that does not work any more some one any tips?
