@Richard Patey thanks for the warm welcome and your invite to this community as well 🤩 as a quick intro: 1. i bought two content websites. one directly failed due to legal reasons, the other one is https://showeringcenter.com which i want(ed) to bring forward with content / SEO. 2. after a tough turnaround phase last year in my core business (launched in 2011, delivering software & outsourcing services to mobile operators in germany and austria) and some additional research / reading / talking to a few people, i decided to move forward by buying / renovating / marketing and potentially selling (micro-)saas-solutions. after all, running and building / growing my own product, has been my dream ever since i started in the early 90s. for that matter, i am currently looking for the first (micro-)SaaS solution to acquire on platforms like microns, acquire, flippa. 3. learn from and connect with like-minded, seasoned online entrepreneurs. basically, learning from those who are where i want to go and have done what i want & need to learn going forward. 4. offer the same: happy to share my thoughts & experience with anyone here in the community on questions & issues around software product & project management, dev team management etc. and - obviously - my "SaaS-journey". just as a heads up: going forward, i'll block dedicated time each week to check DMs and threads. so, please bare with me, if my replies do not come instantly. 😁✍🏻
