to build with Claude :-) Cooked up a few new recipes this past week and made a 'Press Chief' skill over the weekend. I've uploaded the Skill to the MarketSauce Cookbook (linked here in the Classroom) that we walked through on the Claude Mastery Sprint kickoff call. Also added a direct file to download then upload to your Claude account to the MarketSauce Recipes section of the Classroom. Tomorrow on the Claude Mastery Sprint workshop... I will cover how to set this up quickly and then modify it yourself, plus adding in more Connectors to Claude so you can use then right away (like Gamma, for example). These workshops almost feel like their own co-working / build sessions at this point. Which I like, and is wild to think that you can show up for an hour, ask a question that was a roadblock, get answered, implement it, and be off to the races. Maybe we should do more 'Coworking' sessions like these moving forward as we continue implementing Claude and other tools? You let me know if you'd dig that. See y'all Tuesday. ==> Watch Now in the Classroom We we're cookin' this week on the Claude Mastery Sprint workshop! Sharing the Claude breakdown from a Skill I've been using top break down each week's session. This week we covered a lot of great stuff and special shoutout to @Charles Gibson for breaking down the concept for a SKILL we build LIVE on the call. Breakdown below: Executive Breakdown 60-Second Overview Week 3 session of the Claude Mastery Sprint with Darby Rollins and approximately 12 participants. The call covered participant wins with Claude and Cowork, technical demonstrations of MCP integrations, website building with Claude Code, and a deep dive into Charles Gibson's CRIT Session framework for strategic AI-powered decision making. Primary outcome: Community learned how to build expert advisor panels using digital twins and the CRIT methodology. Participant Wins @Marcel Oden Marcel implemented a reverse-angle workflow in Claude Cowork where Claude initiates the conversation by asking what he finds important and what his to-do list contains. Following Alex Finn's YouTube tutorial, Claude now suggests specific Claude skills to help accomplish daily tasks. This flips the typical prompting dynamic. Instead of Marcel thinking of what to ask Claude, Claude proactively guides his workflow each morning. Marcel reported his first full day using this approach worked well for maintaining focus and reducing decision fatigue. @Bruce Fleck Bruce achieved two significant wins this week. First, he successfully created a Go High Level MCP connector in Claude. After YouTube tutorials failed on his PC, he used Cursor to analyze log files and troubleshoot error codes. After two or three debugging rounds, the configuration worked. He then automated social media posting through the MCP, including image URLs, captions, and scheduled dates. The entire content creation to posting workflow now runs from a Claude conversation.

Hey all - important announcement for the month of January here at GenAIU. In my opinion (and I know I'm not alone)... If you're going to pick ONE tool to master this year, it's Claude. Not five tools. Not hopping between ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and whatever dropped last week. It's fine to use the other tools too. I do, and use all the tools I just mentioned every week, too. But lately as I've been going deep into Claude Code... it's become apparent, this is the tool I recommend everyone master if they are an AI-native agency or business operated. That's why this month, to start 2026, we're going deep and building real skills, real workflows and real business applications with Claude. Then you can apply that mastery everywhere else and pair Claude with other platforms to get even more out of it. Claude is different. And Claude Code is a beast by itself. Yet... Most people haven't even touched Claude Code. Haven't built a single artifact. Haven't set up projects or custom instructions. They're scratching the surface of the most powerful tool available. That's fine, if you're OK with being average. But if you're already using Claude or see others crushing it with Claude and feel stuck, then you're going to want to join this sprint. Also, I'm not here to sell you on the benefits of using AI in your business with this. You're probably already using a number of tools and by now if you've seen how we operate at GenAIU, have some understanding of why we are focusing on just one platform each month. That's why we're choosing Claude. It's a no-brainer. Why? Because Claude isn't just another chatbot. It's the backbone layer of your AI engine. Sales. Marketing. Operations.
