Hi i am thomas and i am now 190 at the moment pretty lean and my goal is to get as big as possible like 260/270 Ive already gained 79 lbs in 1.8 years but most of the time i was stuck i am not good in bulking i only bulked for like 2 months total in 3 short bulking fazes that where around 3 weeks that where the only moments i gainend weight but ive never got a consistent bulk and thats what i i want to achieve here and get big
