If its your first time you'll have to input all of the info required. But if its your second, you just double check nothing has changed such as your registered agent. Then pay the state fee of $300. Takes only a couple minutes

Yes, This has been a busy week for me. I went under contract for my 3rd property. Im getting it all squared away with the lender and appraisal. Taxes have been submitted and waiting to hear back about those. One of my favorite parts of this is talking numbers with my lender Peter Skaggs at Innovative Mortgage Alliance. If that sounds a little pitchy, then your read that correctly. That guy's been super helpful with me throughout all of my purchases and always points me in the right direction. Having good people in place is imperative in real estate.
