@Ty Hatcher amen to that, I definitely want to hit the beach next Lord willing. Somewhere without a lot of noise where I can listen to the water hit the beach and the wind go through the palms.
Financial Hardships
People often wonder how important finances are when it comes to a family. 7 in 10 couple have fights about finances. 22% of marriages end in divorce because of financial issues. How have finances effected your personal lives and how has it changed as you started to get out of debt?

Fortunately, my wife and I are not in any debt. Although we have argued about finances. My wife tends to be more uptight about the way we spend, which is a good thing, but it can be obnoxious. Her father is an accountant so some of that rubbed off onto her. My family was more loose about it all growing up so it has caused some slight tension between us. Her judging my family, and vice versa. She has definitely judged me harshly at times for no good reason and I’ve done the same to her for uptightness. On the other end of that, her views have helped make better decisions and my looseness helps at times too, seeing money more as a tool rather than an outright idol. I could work on how much I value money though, rather than having it on the very bottom of the totem pole. I like to keep my eyes off of it, not because I’m lazy but because I’ve seen first hand how a great amount of money can destroy men and divide families.

@Ty Hatcher Is it odd to say that I envy you for what that might feel like to have money run out? Sometimes I feel as if life would seem more narrow, if I had less money in my life. I want the feeling of being in a financial battle, in the valley per se, as a way of sharpening my own skill set. But maybe I’m too afraid to go there.
Knowledge and Wisdom
It seems like many people are on the quest for more knowledge. Knowledge feels like the specific information to solve a problem. Wisdom seems like it has been lost. Maybe that is why wisdom is so hard to see value in, because it isn't until a long time horizon that you look back and see value in wisdom. Wisdom feels like the idea of balancing a direction for an individual in the unknown, to enable them to make positive movement when they lack an idea of where they are going. They say "Youth is wasted on the young, and wisdom is wasted on the old" It seems like people have become hyper focused on how they get more knowledge. So I guess it leads to the question of how do we balance the two in a meaningful way. Or, is the idea of knowledge and wisdom off?

They go hand in hand for sure, you always hear the quote “knowledge is determining what is true and wisdom is when it is true.” Knowing how to balance the two is a pretty difficult task which only comes with life experience in my opinion. “Discipline without direction is drudgery,” is another common quote I’ve heard.

@Ty Hatcher Agreeing with Tyler here. Teaching wisdom is the hard part. Obtaining it, even harder? Maybe there’s a cost to wisdom, jumping through fire per se. Using what you learn and putting it to the test and telling others? Asked Ai and it simple says humility, experience and patience are how you require wisdom. Further reinforcing what Tyler said on mentorship and humility in reaching out to a teacher.
