What is arhing that holds you back?
There are many reasons we as individuals restrain ourselves and hold back from doing what we wish to do. Sone reasons are stronger than others. Mine is what my peers and family think off me. This has a positive of always staying out of trouble, but the negative is self repression that makes you satisfied with mediocrity. It is important to be honest about one's own weakness, because that's how you learn to overcome it and excel as you move into the future!

@Tommy Wenes very true. We have to find the goal, the Why, that matters more than people's preception of ourselves.

Well here we are, finally, right into a new year! January 1st 2026! This year, all the prepping is over, its time to execute on the plan that has been laid ahead! My personal goal is to help all of you achieve a minimum of 1 goal per quarter. I am here to be YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY/PARTNER! My favourite memory of 2025 was moving to Spain from Portugal together with @Sarah Moura Silva In terms of own personal goals, I have laid forward a plan for my fitness journey, my business journey (which you all are a part of by being here) and my personal life goals. I will be sharing these with you during this weekend in both written and video form, and also at the same time, I will be inviting many new faces in here to really make this the hub I want it to be for mental development and shared emotions and fun while reaching ones own personal success! I hope that with teamwork and patience, we will have an AMAZING 2026! Lets GO. Heres a thing for you to do: Prepare your goals for the first 3 months of the year and share it with me tomorrow! Lets be each others accountability partners!

A successful day
What is a successful day to you? In your own mind, how do you take the time to measure out if you put a sign of a positive day in your own opinion? Ill share a story with you. I had a talk with a client and he had the limiting belief of never having a good enough result. He would put in TONS of effort, every possible moment he had to spare would be to develop his idea and his company, but he was never satifsfied. In his opinion it could always be done a little better, he couldve reached out to more people, he couldve engaged in more tasks to move forward. Until he one day had a heart attack...and he had to start all over. From running across boardrooms, to the long and ardeous road back from learning to walk, staying in balance and the constant everlasting medications. It turned his whole perspective up side down. What he had before seen as the biggest of all "but ofcourse-s" had no become his biggest challenges in life. And on the day he was yet again able to walk down a street, he took the time to smell fresh air, calm his heart and look at the world move, finally, at his own speed...he decided on that day, that every day he got to stand still and take a deep breath while watching the world move, was a successful day. Be proud of what you are doing, and be aware of the blessing it is to be able to do it. Enjoy this month of October, please share with us how we can help you reach your next goal of greatness!

Hello. My name is Thomas and I am a 34 year old guy from Norway. Been a business associate of Tommy for a few years and he has been a close friend for longer. He found me when I was wandering around and trying to find my way in the world, as I am by myself I tend to be the dreamer that never really get things done, a follower more than a leader and it's a life path that is a bit too comfortable but also doesn't really make anything of yourself in the long run. Tommy has helped and is still helping me getting out of my shell in this regard. I have some dreams that I want to make into a reality, while not the most interesting for all, it's of interest to me. I am a chef by trade, with a speciality in customer engagement, I am good at what I do but it's starting to tire me out in the long run. When I get started, I hope to build something that as many as possible wish to join, but not to make it a bland soup that fits everywhere, rather something like this group where those who see the value can join in and make a difference! Until then I'll be around and learnign as much as I can.

@Tommy Wenes Yeah, it will take the time it needs. But I know it's a goal we will reach.
