Nuisance tripping
Advice in slow time, if your customer states they have lost power, but not to everything, proceeds to tell you what's powered and what's not. This is the initial response when you have a SPLIT LOAD BOARD. The RCD protects the circuits immediately next to it. There are two, so that power remains in some circuits. Loads more to unpack here so ask away if you have any questions.
