What’s here now when there’s no problem?
What’s here now when there’s no problem to solve? Ask this question to yourself 3 times this week Ask… Then wait and see No need to answer Give the mind permission to just be

"want better in life... ask better questions" thanks for this power-flow reminder @Brandon Mehrgut
Small Steps: This is The Way
With such a fast world, it’s more important now than ever to remember to shift into a human being. Not a human doing. How do we do this? We remember to go inward, to be aware, to slow down. This happens in the small moments. 1 minute here, 2 minutes there… to collect yourself. Meditation doesn’t need to be this big event. It can be a small, profound shift, in the way you see the world. Lean into the small steps… Hope to meditate with you all in 1 hour for our Daily Sit!

@Brandon Mehrgut Slowing my thought energy down slow enough to receive insight that I normally don't get. I spend part of the time talking directly to source and the majority of my Medi-Alignment time listening. It is in the silence that a peaceful intelligence arises.
🧠 Concentration Practice + Weekend Reset
Today we worked on Level 1 meditation: concentration. This is where everything starts. You’re training the mind to stay on one object (like the breath) and not move. Simple… but this is the work. A few things to keep in mind: • Pick one method and stick with it If you keep changing techniques, you won’t build stability • Sit still Physical stillness directly supports mental stillness • This is especially important if your mind feels busy or scattered That’s not a problem—it just means this is the right practice for you 📵 Weekend challenge: Try this over the next couple days: • Do at least one solid sit • Turn your phone off for a period of time • Let yourself actually be with your mind without escaping it Most people never give themselves this space. That’s why this works. We’ll keep building this next week. If you sit this weekend—what did you notice?

In the stillness, I sense peace. Awareness of the awareness that when directed becomes attention. Embracing: My strength to direct attention (focus) on one object at a time. Now I practice.
