Hi all. Just wondering if anyone has had much luck with cold outreach? I am looking at doing some automation work. There is certainly a number of courses making a lot of money teaching people how do do cold outreach, but is it actually worthwhile?

I have been advised that to operate my companies in the UK, legally within Thailand I could set up using a Professional Employer Organization in Thailand. This would allow me to legally become a Thai tax resident and gain the correct permits. Does anyone know a PEO company in Thailand that can do this for me?

I am moving to Chiang Mai in April. I do some online consulting work, but my main income is a property management company in the UK. I am going to operate this company remotely. I have teams of contractors that I use and I am also going to take on a part time staff member to assist when I am gone. Anyone else have experience of running a business with teams on the ground in your home country?
