n8n Workflow "Asleep"? Issue with PostgreSQL Trigger Not Firing
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing what seems to be a bug with my n8n instance: some automations don’t always trigger as expected. For example, I have a workflow that’s triggered when a new row is inserted into a PostgreSQL database, but it doesn’t consistently run. I did a manual test by inserting a new row, and this time the workflow triggered properly. Since then, it’s been working normally again — as if it had been “asleep” and needed to be woken up.But I can’t afford to have a workflow that only works if it’s been triggered recently or manually reactivated. Has anyone encountered this kind of behavior before? If so, how did you solve it? My n8n instance is hosted on my company’s servers, so I don’t have full access to the configuration settings.

@Arbaz Riaz - My n8n instance is hosted on my employer’s servers, and unfortunately I don’t have access to the server configuration or environment variables. - I use a PostgreSQL Trigger node in some workflows — it’s supposed to trigger each time a new row is added to a specific table. - The problem: sometimes the trigger doesn’t fire at all when a new row is inserted. There’s no error, and it’s as if nothing happened. - When this happens, I go into the workflow and click “Execute workflow” in test mode, insert a new row again, and suddenly the trigger works again — not just once, but continuously for a while. After some time of inactivity, though, the issue reappears. - It feels like the PostgreSQL Trigger enters some kind of sleep or idle mode if the workflow hasn’t been triggered for a long period.

Newsletter Help
Hello, I’m trying to create a newsletter from an RSS feed. I know I could use APIs like NewsAPI or mediastack, but I’m looking to create a very specific newsletter, and the results they provide don’t work for me. My problem is that the RSS feed gives me a URL like this:https://news.google.com/rss/articles/CBMi6gFBVV95cUxOazdWdGI0NHVnMVd4eE9RNnl6Z24wU01oR0RsWjZaVlM0RUpSX2tyT0c3aVhJejR3bUVQOV84Zk4xZnhVTXNCM2JCVWxwUlZhV2dROGtBM0NSNXlRUGNzWFMxXzdUcmJYRjVQb3dhX1JjNGttX2E5WHZJMWNNVEdXWHJnWk92d2s0VjNna3NCcFBHdlh1Qm5uc1dwOHgwX0ExaEl3al9iSmZTOFNIcktPZXZ6M3VTeVc0RHJUTTExbVI1alhQa3dZa2hvSmZoUHFlOFFMVXBCZVJKUmxwdWdDZFlSYlhTZDhuMUE?oc=5This URL is a redirect URL, and when I put it into an HTTP request node, the HTTP request doesn’t fetch the content of the page where the article is, but rather the content of the redirect link (like shown in the image).I am desperately looking for a solution, because the HTTP request node follows the provided URL instead of redirecting to the article. If you have any solutions, I would appreciate them.

create an AI agent with multiple inputs?
Hello, I have a question. Is it possible to create an AI agent with multiple inputs? That is, an AI agent where the trigger would be Telegram, but from different Telegram chats. For example, Jean and Pierre have their own chats on Telegram, and the AI agent recognizes where the message is coming from and performs actions accordingly. For instance, if Pierre requests to send an email, it would be sent using Pierre's email and not Jean's. Also, I want to make sure that Pierre can never send emails using Jean's email, and vice versa. Is this possible?
