my body ... I knew I needed to move but I couldn't take myself away from my art. Then later I felt bad for not listening to my body.
You don’t need protection — you need regulation
A lot of advice out there says: - protect your energy - shield yourself - clear constantly But if you need to do that all the time… Something deeper is off You don’t need more protection šŸ‘‰ You need to be able to stay in your body while things are happening That’s what actually changes this šŸ‘‡ What do you currently do when you feel overwhelmed?

I withdraw and sit with myself usually doing art so I can evaluate and process what's happening.
