@Rob Alvarez This is true, more actiivities, consistent growth, active community owner is what moves a community up in Discovery. I recognise my active members - being on the leaderboards as well as by the quality of their engagement, by personally showing appreciation in public.

The thing I did not like in one of my previous communities was that there were people who never expressed their opinion by used just gifs On the other hand, since I started researching different communication styles and ways to be more inclusive, I realised that some people struggle with words and for them emojis and gifs are a valid way for self-expression - not pushing to achieve status and rewards.
