I woke up Saturday morning with a sharp pain in my lower abdomen.
I knew exactly why. On Friday, I ate a whole bag of caramelised sesame almonds. I used to soak and roast my own nuts years ago, but lately, I just buy the ready-to-eat ones. I could not stop myself, and my body reacted. By yesterday (Saturday), I was bloated and could not sleep. I had to decide whether to head to the ER or try to manage it at home until I go for medical exams on Monday. I started by boiling some ground organic ginger. Then I used three SuperPatches – Freedom for pain directly on my belly and two on my arms: for inflammation (Liberty) and for immunity/gut health (Defend). It took about two hours, but the pain faded and I actually slept well last night. The real surprise happened earlier this afternoon. I took the patches off to take a shower, but I got caught on a phone call for half an hour. I suddenly felt a sharp pain return, as if something were poking me directly in the pelvis – another colitis flare-up. I immediately grabbed a new Freedom patch and stuck it exactly where it hurt. The pain disappeared the moment I put it on. I am still going to the doctor for my tests tomorrow. But I am incredibly relieved I had a tool that kept me out of the hospital this weekend. What is your first reaction when a sudden flare-up hits on a weekend?

No1 fitness podcast in the USA interviewed Superpatch founder
Mark McDonald just sent me the link to the latest episode of Mind Pump, the No1 fitness podcast in the United States. The guest on the podcast is Jay Dhaliwal, the founder of SuperPatch. I am still watching it, I might come back later to share a summary of the conversation. Right now, I am listening carefully. Share your takeaway below when you finish watching it – what stood out for you? Did you learn anything new? If you are not a SuperPatch user yet, let us know below to connect you with the person who invited you (or me, if you found us on Skool), so that you can get your first order with 25% off.

@Lars Flikkeid this might be interesting for you, Jay explains why and how he started, in so much details.
My coffee habit got a scientific endorsement
I drink a lot of coffee. At least two pots of drip coffee every day. I know it, my family knows it, my friends and clients know it. And while I love the taste and the ritual, there's always been a tiny doubt in the back of my mind. Is this actually good for me? Am I overdoing it? So when I scrolled past the information about this huge study this morning – 130,000 people tracked for decades – and saw the sweet spot for lower dementia risk was 2-3 cups of caffeinated coffee a day, a wave of relief just washed over me. It felt like permission: as if the universe was saying, "Keep doing what you're doing." Of course, I drink more than that. But knowing that my habit, even if it's on the generous side, has some potential benefits feels really good. I am not ignoring health concerns, but it feels comforting to know the facts about something I already enjoy. Some people might use Boost SuperPatch, to boost their energy, which is great. I use the neurotech patches for other things, but not to replace my coffee. It's staying right where it is. This detail about decaf not showing the same benefit just solidified it for me – it’s the caffeine, the actual coffee, that seems to be doing the work. And that's exactly what I'm having. It’s a good day when something you love gets a thumbs up from science, even if it’s just a partial one. I'm going to lean into that comfort, choosing the best quality organic coffee with caffeine, like the one from LiveGood (when I am in a rush and using instant coffee), or other organic brands for the drip coffee.

@Irina Aron thank you! It was a relief, indeed – I trust my body and intuition, but it felt good to know "for sure", too 😁

New time for our team weekly sessions?
From June, I would like to explore a new time for our weekly sessions. These will be two back-to-back sessions, actually: - the first 30 minutes – for the active associates with LiveGood and SuperPatch - the second 30 minutes – for people interested in the products or the business impact. I am thinking about Tuesday. Please cast your vote and we will decide by the end of the week how to move on from the new month. If you can, join the call today, with the current time - starting at 4pm UK. I choose this time slot:

Weekly Info Call – a new tool to grow your business (and your visibility)
This week’s Info Call will be a little different, and it may be especially important if you want to grow the business side of LiveGood or SuperPatch. I’ll show you a simple tool called Sherpapost.app – it helps you turn your ideas and stories into strategic social media posts, emails, and short pieces of content without spending hours staring at a blank screen. Let's make it clear how today's call serves different people in our EWS space: - If you are building the business, this call is for you. You’ll see how Sherpapost can help you show up online and start building your personal brand in a way that feels easy and consistent, without pressure to be creative. - If you’re not focused on the business yet but want to be more visible online, you’re welcome, too. The same tool can help you show up on social media around any topic: your story, your health journey, your work, or your passions. You can simply come to listen and take ideas for later. - If you’re here mainly for the products, you’re also invited. You can join, listen in, and ask any questions about how to share your product experience in a simple, honest way – even if you don’t plan to “do the business” right now. You don't have to start using the tool. This call is an introduction to an option that can make it easier to speak about what you love and to be seen by the people who need exactly what you have. We start in one from now - at 5pm CET/ 6pm Sofia-Athens.
