L9We look for the perfect Monday, the first of the month, or that elusive moment when we finally "feel ready." But waiting for motivation is a trap. Action creates motivation, not the other way around. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like your goals are a mountain you can't climb today, try this: Lower the bar. * Don’t try to write the whole book; write one paragraph. * Don’t try to master the new skill; watch a five-minute tutorial. * Don’t try to overhaul your entire routine; just get up ten minutes earlier. The goal isn't to be perfect; it's simply to be in motion. Once you break the seal of hesitation, the momentum handles the rest. You don’t need to see the whole staircase to take the first step. You’ve got this. Just start small.
