TIP number ONEEEEE!!! Stop asking members “what do you think?” at the end of posts!😅 Ask them to finish a sentence instead. Example - “The biggest mistake I made when starting was ______.” They are way easier to reply to as people WANT to share their stories!❤️ TIP number TWO!!! Create a “24 Hour Opinion Post.”👀 Post a controversial or unpopular opinion and ONLY reply with questions for the next 24 hours.😈 The comments start debating each other instead of waiting for the owner to carry the conversation!🙌 Love you guys! And I hope they help!😇

Stop Forcing Yourself To Tolerate The Noise 🤔
I am dropping a song in the comments below. It touches on sensory overload—that feeling of "a million whispers in the shade." A simple track cannot fully capture the massive weight of that exhaustion, but it points to a reality we know well. With ADHD, the world is physically louder. We spend decades pretending the daily static does not completely drain us. That friction does not magically vanish just because we reach adulthood.
