🔥 What If All Your “Growth” Was Just a Distraction From Who You Already Are?
I’ll be honest—there was a time I called it growth, but really I was just running. Every new book, habit, or mindset shift looked and felt like progress… but underneath, I was avoiding the one truth I didn’t want to face..... The self we’re chasing is often the self we’ve been avoiding. Growth isn’t always expansion. Sometimes it’s subtraction. Most often, its subtraction... We live in a culture obsessed with becoming. New hacks, new habits, new identities. Always chasing the “next version” of ourselves. But here’s the paradox: the more I chased growth, the further I drifted from the truth. Most of my “progress” was just avoidance in disguise—adding layers when what I really needed was to strip them away. Real transformation isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are—and having the courage to stop running from it. When you finally do, everything simplifies: Decisions get lighter. The noise fades. What once felt like “genius” simply feels like you, unblocked. 👉 So here’s my question for you: Are you chasing new answers—or avoiding the one truth you already know but don’t want to face?

The Hidden Cost of Low Self-Worth (and How It Hides)
I used to think self-worth was something “soft” you work on after you’ve nailed the right strategies. But when I finally faced how low self-worth was running in the background of my business, everything changed. It was like my cognitive abilities expanded—I could suddenly see opportunities I’d been blind to, and my whole capacity for possibility thinking opened up. The tricky thing is this: low self-worth doesn’t usually say, “Hey, I’m here.” It hides under behaviors that look positive—even admirable—but quietly drain your momentum. 3 Ways Low Self-Worth Hides 1. Perfectionism (disguised as “high standards”) You stay up late tweaking a sales page no one ever sees, telling yourself it’s about excellence. Real cost: no feedback, no momentum, and compounding lost time. 2. Over-delivery + underpricing (disguised as “generosity”) You give more than promised, charge less than deserved, thinking it makes you valuable. Real cost: exhaustion, resentment, and clients who unconsciously value you less. 3. Endless research + tweaking (disguised as “thoroughness”) You chase “just one more” course or tweak before you act. Real cost: shallow reps, missed timing, and a business that never compounds. Here’s what I realized: self-worth is the ceiling on success. You will never act, decide, or charge consistently above the level of worth you believe you hold..... The hidden cost isn’t just money—it’s time, energy, and the future you could’ve built. And the breakthrough? Seeing fear for what it really is: a projected movie of the mind. Every outcome isn’t a verdict, it’s feedback. A mirror. A lesson. The moment I stopped asking “Am I good enough yet?” and started asking “What can I learn from this rep?” fear lost its grip. Each action became an experiment, and self-worth became something I practiced daily—until the evidence stacked high enough to rewrite how I saw myself. ✨ A simple action step: For the next 7 days, notice where perfectionism, generosity, or thoroughness might actually be low self-worth in disguise. Write it down. Awareness alone creates surprising clarity.

Wow! I never, ever, thought of it from that perspective. I just always want to deliver excellence in every aspect of my life... Not just my business... But, I can see how looking at it from this angle... Has kept me from fulfilling my destiny.
Are we really creating our future… or just dressing up our past and replaying it?
...I’m asking this because there’s a razor-thin line between creating and merely rehearsing. One moves reality forward, the other just loops it. The real power comes from being able to tell the difference.... What do you think?

Are We Truly Free—Or Simply Forgetful? The Sovereign Power of Choice
This is something I find deeply important to explore—because it sits at the root of transformation, our freedom, and the way we create our lives.... It’s also a practice that has shaped me, my work, and every breakthrough I’ve witnessed in others. We are always choosing, even when we think we aren't.... Every moment, every breath, is a decision point. Yet most of the time we forget. We convince ourselves that choice only exists when circumstances are right, or when options are clearly laid out in front of us. But even when we’re “just reacting,” we’re still choosing. The real question is—from where? This is where most of us get stuck. When life feels like it’s happening to us, we fall into the victim stance. But when we step into sovereignty, life begins to move through us. That single shift changes everything. Because here’s the truth- even in reactivity we are creating. The difference is whether we’re creating from fear and limitation… or from alignment with the highest part of ourselves. When we consciously claim the power to choose, we awaken something that’s already built into us—an inner creative mechanism that connects directly to the field of infinite intelligence. It’s here that inspiration, insight, and vision come alive. From that place, we stop rearranging the furniture in the prison cell. We realize the door has been unlocked all along. And then the “I am” becomes something powerful and luminous—grounded yet expansive, aligned with the deeper currents of the universe. Obstacles turn into raw material. Presence itself becomes transformative. So here’s what I invite you to reflect on: If every moment is a choice—if even your reactions are acts of creation— 👉 what are you actually creating right now? Are your choices leading you toward the life that calls to you at the highest level… or are they quietly reinforcing the very walls you long to leave behind? I’d love to hear your voice here...

Thank you for such a thoughtful post and to be completely transparent I think it's so easy...for me anyway...to forget...because of the busy-ness of life, and fall back into habitual ways of being, instead of always being in the act of creating my next moment. I'm of the mind that the path and the timeline of time let's say for instance is not an actual line from here to way over there in the future I believe that as we move the universe is always expanding and therefore everything is expanding in front of us as we are alive and we are living for example the sidewalk that we are walking on is literally appearing in front of us seconds before we put our foot on it but it looks like it's been there forever correct so that is how I feel that time works and I feel that we have to be constantly aware & that we are able to create ... actually, co-create anything at any time at any moment and we don't realize the power that God has given us ...some people want to call God other things, but, I am very Biblical and believe in a creator called God who is "I AM". Anyway yes you're absolutely right every moment is a choice and that choice leads to infinite number of directions our life could go into infinite number of new choices and every one of those choices, of course, are infinitely different... and so we are so habitually blinded by the dullness (perhaps not the right word) of life and the sameness of every day that we don't realize we have the option and choice to change it and make it completely different and I absolutely find that fascinating and I love the fact that we are able to make different decisions...make different choices and have different outcomes. (Also I'm using talk to text so please forgive the lack of punctuation...lol. I've attempted to go back in and punctuate some but it's still not the best 😂🤣)
