Hey! I’m so excited you’re joining the Fulfillment & Alignment Workshop tomorrow. To help you get the most out of our time together, here are a few things to prepare: ✨ Please be on time We’re diving right in, and there’s a lot packed into our session. ✨ Choose a quiet, comfortable space Some parts of the workshop involve reflection and a visualization exercise, so being somewhere distraction-free will really support your experience. Headphones can be super helpful. ✨ Bring a pen + notebook (or a few sheets of paper) We’ll be doing reflection work, so you’ll need plenty to write/scribble on. ✨ Optional but recommended: - Have water or tea nearby - Close out any tabs/apps that might pull your attention - Give yourself a few minutes beforehand to breathe, get centered, and arrive fully Can’t wait to see you tomorrow!
