I bought my nebulizer on Amazon when COVID came. I was not aware of CDS at that time so I was doing saline with hydrogen peroxide.

taking potassium chloride question
Baking soda and potassium chloride question - how much potassium chloride should I take if I am drinking baking soda am and pm to get more alkaline? What are your thoughts on adding PH drops to water?

how do we know if we are getting enough sodium and potassium? I do take a magnesium supplement and spray as well. I do a small amount of salt in my water but that is it. Thank you for the info on the salt.
