Lessons Learned.... - Be super NICHE oriented - we weren't, and we've definitely learned you can't help everyone. We've got 200 couples, and we get about 20 or fewer actively involved. We can love everyone, but everyone is not our TRIBE. - GIVE VALUE at every corner - we leveraged Content 360, we tested the scheduled 'easy' posts inside their system, it is the ai muck- and it's less relevant. It's a great tool to 'schedule,' just not for creating - LOVE ON PEOPLE - we heard it last night, loving on people can be challenging, but it is at the essence of your business. We are hyper-focused on 'honeybee' content + 'relational touch', so back to our roots in a fresh new way, i.e., a paid skool community.
