A little Office Hours Fun...
Here is the video that we created with MCP and PMG during office hours. I purposely put the lame "old white chick has no rhythm" video of me in the final cut to make it even funnier. The one below is the better one of me with a little bit more sway ( very little lol) Enjoy.

Office Hours went 7+ hours today!😵‍💫
But it was Awesome!!! We did a much deeper voice-agent experiment in Office Hours today than I originally planned. We started by asking a very practical question: How would we actually deploy an AI phone agent for a real client without making the client set up and manage Twilio themselves? So we tested a simple model. The client keeps their existing business phone number and forwards it to the Twilio number connected to the AI agent. The AI answers first, handles the opening conversation, and then routes the call to the right place. We tested three different versions of that today. First, we had the AI agent transfer calls to real people on their actual cell phones. Then we created separate live AI agents for Barbie and Charles, gave each one its own Twilio number, and transferred calls from one AI voice agent to another. Finally, we simplified the public demo and used a five-option IVR with live AI, prerecorded character voices, voicemail, recordings, and different call endings. So in one session we tested: AI receptionist → real employee AI receptionist → another live AI agent AI receptionist → IVR / voicemail / prerecorded response That’s the part I think is most useful. There isn’t one “voice agent setup.” There are multiple ways to design the call flow depending on the business. A call can go to a real employee, another AI, a department, voicemail, a recording, or another automation entirely. We also learned exactly where multi-step phone transfers get more complicated, which is the kind of thing you only really understand once you build it. If you want to try the public demo: 321-364-4345 Tell the receptionist what you’re stuck on. Then choose a department. This was a perfect Build it. Break it. Fix it. Launch it. kind of day.

Today's session was a good one. Last week we talked about finishing. This week we talked about finding a use for our finished products. How did you do? GET IT OFF THE SHELF: Your Content Isn’t Done Until It’s Doing Its Job We don’t have a content problem. We have a follow-through problem. Most of us already have more ideas, trainings, videos, offers, downloads, posts, workshops, and half-finished projects than we know what to do with. The question isn’t: “What should I create next?” It’s: “What is this thing supposed to DO?” This week inside Spark Starters, we’ve been talking about getting things off the shelf and defining what DONE actually means. For me, that looks like: PLAN → DELIVER → PACKAGE → DISTRIBUTE Because creating the thing is only part of the job. A live stream isn’t finished because the live ended. A product isn’t finished because it’s sitting in the store. A course isn’t finished because the videos were recorded. An offer isn’t finished because the landing page exists. If nobody sees it, uses it, buys it, learns from it, or benefits from it… …it’s still sitting on the shelf. My own project this week is turning my Spark Starters + Fired Up Card into a complete engagement system — onboarding, live reminders, points, rewards, follow-up, classroom content, and a reason for members to come back. Not another new idea. Finish the loop. So here’s your Back to SKOOL assignment: Pick ONE thing you’ve already created and ask: “What has to happen for me to honestly call this DONE?” Then build the missing pieces. That might be the most productive thing you do all week. The recording of today's session is in the classroom.
