One of the most important metrics in your community isn’t how many members you have. 🥳 It’s daily activities. Daily activities tell you whether your community is actually alive. When members are posting, commenting, liking, and engaging, a few powerful things happen: • Members come back more often • Churn goes down • Your community performs better in discovery • Conversations start happening without you carrying everything A simple benchmark to keep in mind: 200 daily activities → healthy early community 400 daily activities → strong engagement 800+ daily activities → thriving community If you’re below 200, your main focus shouldn’t be creating more courses.
