I get so frustrated when people don't understand that as a 53 yr old Gen X woman, I have seen many changes in this world. Some have helped shape me, others have made me want run and hide. Most of the most important changes are the ones I see when I look in the mirror!! Sure the physical appearance is different as I have aged. But that little spark in my eyes that I have always loved has grown dimmer here lately. Stress and the unknown constantly riding my back has caused a great deal of damage to who I am today. BUT... I am doing my to embrace it all and learn how to build a stronger me!! who or what do you see??
