Excuse me, when did we get old enough for cataract surgery? 👀 Hubby has cataract surgery coming up, and I’m sorry, but I don’t remember signing up for this chapter. In my head, we’re still 40. Okay, maybe 50 on a bad day. We’ve got adventures planned, places to go and a whole lot of living left to do. And now we’re scheduling eye surgery between road trips. Apparently, our body parts didn’t get the memo that we’re not done having fun. Tell me, what’s been your “Wait a minute, when did THAT become an age-appropriate conversation?” moment?

What's ONE thing you've been putting off that you'd love to do in this next chapter of your life?

Ladies, I’ve got an idea brewing, and I want YOUR input. What if we got a group of women together next year for a little adventure? New friends. New experiences. Lots of laughing. And absolutely no waiting around for someone else to make plans for us. I’m thinking about three possibilities: 🇮🇸 1. ICELAND Waterfalls, hot springs, incredible scenery, and an adventure we’ll be talking about for years. 🤠 2. WHITE STALLION RANCH, TUCSON A little cowgirl adventure. Horses, beautiful desert scenery, great food, and time to kick back with some fabulous women. 🌵 3. SEDONA, ARIZONA Red rocks, hiking, shopping, great restaurants, and maybe a little woo-woo thrown in for good measure. No husbands required. No need to bring a girlfriend. Come solo and leave with a few new ones. I’m just testing interest right now. No dates, prices, or commitments yet. SO LADIES, WHICH ONE GETS YOUR VOTE? And would you seriously consider joining us? When the Other Grandma Gets More Time With the Grandkids This MIL was hurt because her DIL’s mom gets more time and access to the grandkids than she does. So she decided to address it…with a THREE-PAGE text! There is SO much to talk about here. Feeling left out is real. Feeling jealous is human.
