Here is my situation, I want to have control of the trust as a trusee. Because some of the individuals i asked to be grantors have issues with some of the details specifically creating EINs, I may be forced to use my existing LLC as the grantor. If that is the case I assume that the current EIN is used as the family trust, a business EIN will then be needed as well as other EINs for others. What, can, how is that existing LLC used in the business trust structure.

I applied to get a Trust address ( by the way great call on opus) they asked for a Name I wasnt sure if it was the same as my projected Trust name. I ended up using a second name that I came up with

Confusion
The Grantor as a Person of complete trust, are there liabilities. As the Grantor how will the existing LLC owner that is in my name play out

The orientation video does not corelate with my current classroom video list. Please Advise

Just saw this. I was going thru the orientation videos and noticed That my class room didnt match the ones in the orientation. I didnt know if I was following correctly. No issue.
