Overcoming drug 💊addiction and understanding that the southern Baptist⛪️ beliefs pressed upon me as a child kept me from seeing 👀and experiencing a whole new world 🌍 beyond what I had known. Learning to take ownership of my life. Harness the power 👊 of my words and to call things that weren’t as though they were. Most of all, I 🛑 stopped seeing myself as a fly 🪰 in the eyes of the Divine, needing to be swat away from reaching His presence because of my “uncleanliness” and began seeing myself as one with the power that created me.
