DAY 5- WHAT DOES MY BODY NEED?
HURRAY — LAST DAY 🎉 We made it. You’ve noticed your body. You’ve noticed your breath. You’ve noticed your thoughts. You’ve noticed your reactions. And now we arrive at the most important question: What does my body need? 👉 Why This Matters Awareness is powerful. But awareness without response… keeps you observing, not changing. 👉 Today we begin to build something deeper: Self-trust. 👉 Whatever you feel… respond with something simple: 👉 If tight → move gently 👉 If restless → slow down 👉 If heavy → add small movement 👉 If anxious → long exhale 👉 If closed → soften the face 👉 If holding → sigh or sound Even 1–2 minutes is enough. This is the shift: From controlling the body → to listening to the body → to trusting the body Your body has been speaking to you all along. Now you are learning how to listen. And this is just the beginning. ✨✨✨

Thank you Zina! I have new tools and gentle reminders to pause and ask Body what do you need? I have seen a difference in me and have finally agreed to slow down and listen. You are an amazing teacher. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.
Breathe Into the Back of Your Ribs
Today we are going to breathe a little differently. Not just into the belly. Not just into the chest. Today we breathe into the back of the body. Many people only breathe into the front of the chest. But the lungs are also in the back of your ribs. So today, bring your attention to: 👉The back of your ribs 👉The sides of your ribs 👉Your shoulders gently rising and falling 👉Your pelvic floor expanding and softening as you inhale 👉Your pelvic floor gently lifting as you exhale 👉 Try this for 3–5 minutes: Inhale through the nose Feel the ribs expand: FrontSideBack Exhale slowly Feel the ribs soften Feel the pelvic floor gently lift Feel the shoulders drop ✅ Leave a comment when you are DONE ✅

I felt a relaxing in my upper body with a sense of this breathing was “normal” as a body memory. The longer I continued breathing my lower back and pelvis released in rhythm to my breath. Very relaxing. Thank you!
Welcome to the community. Small steps. Big changes.
1. Introduce Yourself =) Tell us your name, where you’re from, and one thing your body has been trying to tell you lately. 2. Two Truths & One Lie – Body Edition Example: • I can touch my toes • I hold no tension in my jaw • I love cold showers. Guess which one is the lie. 3. Win of the Week! Did you sleep better? Stretch? Breathe? Walk more? Small wins count. Share one.

Hi I’m Teri Connolly from Ireland. Although I’ve been active most my life now in my 70’s I’m finding my body loudly proclaiming where I’ve forgotten to put my effort in to its comfort. I get natural slowing down and know the difference. My body wants to expand not contract in its expression. I can touch my toes, love sea swimming and my upper back is a brick. Win of the week; sun shining walking on the beach.
