The way I understood it is that you can use it for research and information but in court an AI legal strategy does not hold. You need a legal expert/lawyer. Also, be careful giving specific confidential info to AI regarding a specific case as AI does not keep info confidential… it is seen as you release info to third parties - see it as the open network/internet where any AI can use it when asked as the information is in the internet …I assume that more laws will emerge in future regarding AI usage as AI emerges …
