@Angela Day I am currently busy catching up on the community. I have been watching the videos people have been uploading, and then watching your feedback. Very informative. I should be up to speed by 7pm. Then I will use the weekend to get going with this work properly, as life has got in the way these last few days.
Filming set up
@Angela Day asked about my filming set up and how I do it! I use a selfie/tripod stick. Camera on reverse on phone so I can also watch on screen. Basically set up your work area; boards if using, mat or mark area if not using a base. That way you can see where you need to "focus". Set up your phone, then adjust your field of vision so you are not too far back; but not going to cut off legs, back; head etc., by moving camera around. Whole dog in frame! I also use the screen to watch what I am doing. Try and keep within your filming area! X. Remember to hit record 😜

This is really helpful Debbie. Thank you. x
Day One by the One and Only Day (Angela Day of course)
Have really enjoyed the first day of the 3 day core conditioning course. My Tryf surprised me by cottoning on to what is required in the play bow. Never worked on that before. Also, some very enlightening information given in your presentation Angela, which made perfect sense. Thank you. I may not be able to join you for tomorrow's presentation/q and a session, as I will not be home, but should be back again on Friday, and will of course, access all the info.

I printed mine out. Tryf got 15%, but I know I am missing things and he definitey needs to work on core strength if he is to get back to full fitness, rather than looking great one day and the limp returning the next. I need to pace his recovery, which I am still adjusting to.
