my fault! the question was concerning the affidavit of revocation of election process. to make sure there's no hold up with passport, I need to handle the tax side first correct? if so, there are places inside the revocation letter claiming "American National" status. so I can claim my status even before I go thru the passport process?

even though it's a 1 time abatement, will it work for 2yrs straight of no filing/paying with NO notices sent? or would the dispute letter work instead?

@Daurice Jordan I should know this. Im thinking it would be okay to use a churh ein to purchase various things for it to sustain itself and grow. Then again the act of continuous purchasing/selling, wouldnt that be crossing private/public lines? And wouldnt a irrevocable trust cover the church ein? then how will it be possible to not have anything tracing or any "supposedly tax obligations" tracked to the church? Im missing something!
