Nobody Was Coming to Save Me
There was a point where I felt stuck. No money. No momentum. No one reaching out with opportunities. I kept waiting for something, a mentor, a lucky break, a message that would change everything. But nothing came. Then one day it hit me. Nobody’s coming to save you. Not because people don’t care. But because it’s your life. Your vision. Your move. So I stopped waiting. I got up earlier. Showed up louder. Started creating conversations. Learning skills. Putting myself out there even when it felt awkward. And things started to shift. Not overnight, but day by day. Sometimes rock bottom isn’t the end. It’s just the beginning of your comeback.

@Jd Daley Thanks, brother! I’ll definitely check out those books, but I’ll also keep in mind the other points you mentioned.

@Jaydaniel Castro Thanks, brother. I've been getting into reading books lately since I started sales, it really helps me improve my skills.
Positive mindset
A positive mindset starts with owning your perspective. Instead of seeing obstacles as setbacks, see them as opportunities to grow. Every challenge is a lesson, every failure is feedback, and every day is a chance to get 1% better. Control what you can, let go of what you can’t, and keep moving forward with confidence. The more you focus on progress over perfection, the more unstoppable you become.
Do Hard things before your Sales Calls
On the Mindset Call this last Monday I was challenged by 2 things. 1) If you want to lead your prospects, lead yourself first ex: If you are giving advice to prospects that you yourself haven't worked through they will feel it 2) Do challenging things and everything else will become easier. ex: Doing Cold Plunges... that is not enjoyable-ish. But it's good for you Throughout the rest of the day those 2 Ideas raced through my mind As some of you know I am marathon training. And today was a long run Day. For whatever reason I was finding excuses not to do it. Like "Well I need to get ready for my Sales Call" or " I am sore" But those 2 questions plagued my mind... So I decided screw it. Lets Run. So I did. I ended up running 12km, which was 2 more than I had to do. And then a few minutes later I had my sales call with a prospects. It was a phone call, in the middle of a gym locker room. My feet were sore, and my mouth was dry. But my mind was Clear. I was effortlessly handling my prospects objections, left and right. And I wanted him to talk more and me listen because I was trying to calm my breathing. Nonetheless 45 minutes later. The Deal was closed. In the middle of a gym locker room no less Some key take aways for this. - I decided to follow through on my commitment and was in alignment with myself - I literally just ran more in an hour and 30 minutes than I had my entire life. Having a conversation after that did not seem as intimidating - I knew the principles from all my training with @Josh Pineda and @Jaydaniel Castro so I didn't need a script. TLDR: I ran a 12 km then hopped on a follow up call with a prospect and closed him script less. What about you guys? Anybody have a similar story?

That’s awesome, man! Pushing through the run and then closing a deal right after just proves how much mindset and discipline play into sales. Doing hard things first really does make everything else feel easier. Solid reminder to lean into the discomfort!
Advice plz
i recently got into the another Skool community. I’m hesitating to post wins because I haven’t closed any yet. It seems like most of them are making tons of money everyday. I know I should post but I’m hesitating. What should I do?

I get it, it’s easy to hesitate when everyone seems to be crushing it. But wins aren’t just closed deals. Even progress, good convos, or lessons learned count. Just post and share your journey, you never know who might drop game that helps you level up.
