Where've we been? Plus a quick ask
Hey all. You've probably noticed it's been quiet in here the last couple weeks, wanted to explain. We've been building something for the community, and travelling at the same time to meet with investors and a few clients. We've also been busy getting the Lyceum ready. So less posting than usual, but for a good reason!! We're announcing the thing this week, and there'll be more info on the Lyceum coming out this week too. I think a lot of you are going to be happy. We've been grinding nonstop to get this ready. Before we do, we want to hear from you. If you're Premium or VIP, what's missing for you right now and what would you want us to add? If you're not Premium or VIP yet, what would actually make you want to upgrade? Form's here, takes about two minutes: https://forms.gle/MM8PLn2f6An1dfEUA It's open until Sunday June 21. Looking forward to reading everyones answers! Back soon with the news :)

@Aaron Parker Yeah so I do have writen content in english but most of it is made with ai. So not really in my voice... I now trained it mostly on how I think instead of how I sound haha

First Website deployment success
Just build and pushed my first website. Took 2 days, build multiple workflows first 2 didn't get me the results I wanted. But the third build nailed it. Three tips I got. Use Tailwind css, for consistent design Train it on sections layouts give it guardrails without hardcoding Use opus for building the actual folder structure and workflow. Somehow made big difference vs sonnet. I felt like the first 2 builds where to detailed, kept it more simple the third time. Any feedback is welcome Here is the first build for a friend/client of mine https://innerbloomlodge.com/

The Folder System Became My Agency
Twenty-four days ago I posted about Jake's folder system video. This is what happened next. Same foundation — markdown files, orchestration prompts, clear roles. I just kept building. Fifteen named specialists. Each one with a soul file, guardrails, and a playbook. Duke orchestrates. Cash writes. Trace pulls the data. Hank runs the financials. Clint handles the MCP integrations. Behind each one is either a human counterpart doing the real work alongside them — or a role I can't afford to hire yet. Katie who's been with me for 18 years, now has her own orchestrator running the same system. Twenty-seven client folders. Twelve live MCP integrations. One shared repo. The folder system isn't replacing my agency. It becoming my agency. Jake gave me the unlock. This is how it's going.

damnn, nice. I have been keeping different tasks seperate but i may need to include them all into one structure
🏁 Playbooks 1.4 Check-In
The challenge: build a 30-second explainer on any concept. This is where you post it. Where are you at?

🏁 Foundations 3.2 Check-In
You just saw how the folder structure adapts to different use cases. Vote below, then drop your customized setup in the comments. What did you name your workspaces and why?

So, the one thing I am not sure about is that there currently is no skill or prompt build in into the structures? Where would it pull copywriting guidlines for example inside the content creation flow. Is this in the context md? Or would the skill be a prompt in the chat box?

@Jeroen Jansen You always open a fresh chat, so no chat is longer then 10 messages. Mine are often like 3 or 5. The idea is that you can open a new chat, and it still remembers all the context because you are working in folders instead of chat memory
