Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Been making this smoothie as the weather has gotten warmer and really loving it. - 1 frozen banana - Handful of frozen strawberries - 2 raw eggs - 3 Tbls collagen - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup coconut milk - Squirt of agave - Splash of water for desired consistency *Use raw milk if not dairy intolerant, or add calcium powder for additional minerals. Blend and drink. Tastes like a strawberry milkshake. 30+ grams of protein. Takes 5 min to make.
