Workflow | To send auto Email on new ticket generation is not working
Hi team, We have configured the Workflow to send auto Emails to customers on ticket generation. But it is not working. Kindly suggest the solution. Let us know if any configuration is missed out by us. Refer the attached Screenshot. Our URL: https://nexuscrm.sangamcrm.com/

@Pavan Joshi In case of manual ticket creation, It is working. But we also want the same working in E-mail based Auto ticket generation.

Duration Presentation in Reports
We are using report of "Time Spent Analysis of Users (Activity)" Refer the screenshot attached. We want to show the duration in Hours and Minutes format for better understanding. How can we able to do this? Please guide.

@Pavan Joshi Management wants to know how many hours of activities is done by users. We usually see that in Hours and Minutes format. It makes report easy to understand and analyze.

@Pavan Joshi Exporting data to Excel can be time-consuming due to the need for formatting and applying formulas to extract the correct information for analysis. I need to rely on someone who is an expert in Excel to perform this task. However, it would be even more convenient if the CRM system could provide this information directly, saving time and efforts. Please see if your team can consider this for future development.
Company not linking in Projects
The default field for mapping a company to the project is not visible while creating a project. To link the company to the project, we currently need to open the project in detailed view and then access the company panel to map the company to project. Our team attempted to locate the default field in Studio from the administrator login, but unfortunately, the field was not found. We kindly request your guidance and suggestions on how to address this issue.

Did you know from Sangam CRM, you can get a Daily Call Summary Report?
You can get a daily call summary report from Sangam CRM, directly on your Email. (See the image attached). And this doesn't need Telephony Integration. The call summary report includes Total Calls Made, Total Duration, No. of outgoing calls, No. of Incoming calls, No. of calls answered, No. of calls unanswered.
