For some context: I used to work a job where I didn't have a single second of rest, even the lunch break wasn't really a lunch break, so it was very difficult for me to pray. On top of that I wasn't making that much either. So I saved up some money, left the job, and locked in with learning a skill that could help me sustain myself financially without sacrificing the deen. It was the best decision I ever made. Seriously. I learned a skill that lets me generate in 1 hour what I would probably make working 8+ hours at a normal 9-5. Another thing about life → suffering has no expiration date.
