One member has one of the best selling Retirement books on Amazon. (they are RABID buyers too.) ✅Professional cover photo, icon and A GREAT NAME is already set up. ✅The classroom already has great content. ✅The niche is easy to target and invite to the group. In fact, there's prior research on 1100+ potential members. ✅💥There are dozens of ways to monetize, but one of the strongest is that sponsors and advertisers in this space pay some of the biggest $$$ to get in front of this niche. (Depending on how many views, financial companies pay up to $50,000 per video to get their ads in front of people serious about personal finance and retirement planning.)
