Curious! Was the video in this post the broken link or was it supposed to be a video of the agent at work?

@Zach Spradling when I started Level 1, I had no concrete ideas as to what I was going to do with AI - just that I wanted to be at the forefront of our company's maturity and see what useful things I could take away from the lessons. As mentioned elsewhere, 'Chief of Staff' has so far been the biggest success (whilst we don't yet have the ability to automate our Agents' triggers or allow them to automatically collaborate with each other without manual intervention). Everything I'm learning here and implementing in the office, I'm considering how I can build something similar for personal use!

@Zach Spradling we often lose our focus when it comes to deciding which tasks to focus on a day/week/month/quarter basis, so instructing the CoS to always return the Eisenhower at the end of its response both summarises the reminder of what we achieved the previous day, what got carried over, and what has already been planned for "today" whilst prioritising what is burning the most next. The feedback loop is still in its infancy, as I've sprinted past our dedicated AI-adoption team so I'll be slowing down slightly to assist them with setting such a thing up. Right now, a dedicated MS Teams space acts as our space for community discussion. Once it's had a few days, I'll have a back-and-forth with my CoS to see how we mature it. Tasks I delegate to my agent, I've already touched upon above, but I do have pre-determined prompts for start-of-day, mid-day, end-of-day check-ins where we can both measure progress. After a back-and-forth to update it on progress that it cannot see (offline, for example) I will copy/paste the output into a calendar entry, which it will refer to the following day!

Something like this is the dream! Great work.
