@Harley Maile While I've never taken a formal test for ADHD, I pass with flying colors when I do online assessments, I get 110% for having it, so I can completely relate. When you're faced with a bunch of problems (opportunities), it can be very overwhelming and difficult to decide which to focus on first. Here is a process that works really well for me. 1. Make a list of the ways you can improve your business 2. Assign dollar amounts to each task. For example: Automated sales email workflow - $10,000/year. 3. It's ok if you don't know how much money it would actually make you, just use your gut instinct 4. Prioritize the task that give you the biggest return 5. Don't start another improvement until you've finished your current improvement. A half built project is just a waste of time. 6. Once you've completed the biggest return improvement, move to the next one that has the largest return. Reply with your list of opportunities of improvement below and assign a dollar amount to them. Then we can hone in on which will have the biggest impact!
