I started out my healing journey, heartbroken, unable to let go, and felt unworthy towards myself. Through community and much support from Deace and my peers here I have found myself again and finally at a point in my life where I am detached from my ex, have a closer relationship with God, and have the liberty of enjoying life without regret. Im more happier than I have been these last 2.5 years but it took WORK. Regulating my nervous system, prayers, community, effort, and participation.
